• Reservations for meeting spaces run on a quarterly basis and open for booking the month before each quarter of the calendar year.
• Bookings limited to 12 per year
• Online reservations will close 12 hours in advance of the time of booking.
• Contact a staff member for same day availability
• Please include set up and tear down time in your reservation
• Reservations will be confirmed via email
• Please check in at the main desk upon arrival
• Light refreshments and beverages allowed. Please dispose of all waste in the provided trash receptacles
