• Reservations for meeting spaces run on a quarterly basis and open for booking the month before each quarter of the calendar year
• Bookings limited to 12 per year
• Online reservations will close 12 hours in advance of the time of booking
• Contact a staff member for same day availability
• Please include set up and tear down time in your reservation
• Please check in at the main desk upon arrival
• Light Refreshments and beverages allowed. At the end of your meeting, please dispose of all waste in the provided trash receptacles
